Visit the Beach at South Ocean Blvd
Palm Beach has always been the winter playground of the elite like Henry Flagler, the Kennedy family and Donald Trump. However the beaches of Palm Beach are at their best in the summer when the winds die and the seas are calm. In the summer, the water clears, boats anchor up offshore and everybody enjoys the water which is just cool enough to provide relief from the Florida sun.
Shopping on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach
Palm Beach is where the rich and famous from all over the world come to play and when they want to shop they head to Worth Avenue. The shopping district, known simply as ‘The Avenue’ to locals, runs through 100-300 blocks of the street. This is where you’ll find stores like Chanel and Gucci, Escada, Cartier, Christian Dior, Valentino, Jimmy Choo, Lacoste and Saks Fith Avenue. Head to the 300 block and shop at Anglea Moore, Elenaor Duffy and Au Cashmere, you can visit the Galeria of Sculpture or the John H. Surovek Gallery.
When you get thirsty or just need a quick boost enjoy some Starbucks coffee. When you’re ready to stop and eat try the see and be seen spot for lunch Bice, for dinner stop by Renato’s or Trevini Restorante. When your done shopping you can relax by the pool at your hotel, you can at stay at the Four Seasons Resort, the Ritz-Carlton, or the Chesterfield to mention a few. Dine and Party at CityPlace and the Clematis Street District

Place and the Clematis District is provided by the The Downtown Trolley which rolls by about every 10 minutes. The open air trolley is clean and comfortable and it’s free.
Shopping along Clematis and at CityPlace is upscale and features Macy’s, Mayors Jewelers, Williams-Sonoma and many others.
Parking at CityPlace is ample with garages located throughout. Parking on Clematis is a little tougher at peak times with cell phone/change parking meters.
